The TopToilet remote control allows you to control all the functions of your product.
It can be replaced if it is broken, defective, or lost. Installation is simple: the remote control synchronizes with the toilet seat via radio frequency by following the procedure available in the documentation and requires no special tools.
In case of malfunction or loss of synchronization, we recommend contacting customer service to check compatibility and, if necessary, perform a reset. Please also contact customer service if your current remote differs from the one shown in the image, indicating that you have an older model.
